Slumber Aromatherapy Sleep Reed Diffuser

The pure essential oils in our collection are blended to influence and boost your mood by triggering your brain's limbic system, the control centre for emotion and memory. So every time you light one of our Self Care candles, you're actually choosing to connect with your nervous system through the inhalation of the chemical compounds in the essential oils, influencing your mood.

Scent time: 6 to 8 weeks of aromatherapy scent depending on how often you flip your reeds and how strong you like your scent throw (150ml). Can either be used as shown in the picture directly diffusing from the bottle, or decanted into your own diffuser. Only to be used as a reed diffuser, do not add to a mist diffuser/ atomiser. 

Benefits: Lavender, the ultimate relaxation fragrance, supports calmness and emotional wellbeing, reduces stress. Benzoin, with its vanilla like scent, adds sweeter notes and adds a soothing feel to the atmosphere. Vetiver is used for it's grounding, calming properties, helping to reduce stress, improving sleep quality. This unique blend of essential oils its the perfect accompaniment to your sleep routine to help relax you and send you off into a peaceful slumber.

Use when: You're struggling to relax, falling asleep is a challenge, you want to improve your quality of sleep.

Feels Like: You've just climbed into a freshly made bed. The sheets are clean and crisp. You've had a warm drink, the bedroom is filled with the glow from your Slumber candle. The air is filled with the soothing scents of lavender and vetiver. The wind is howling outside but you don't mind, you're warm and cosy in your bed. You snuggle down under the weight of the duvet, close your eyes and drift into a deep slumber.
